🎉 Congratulations to our Instructor of the Month for May, Sue Turgoose! 🎉

Sue has been teaching at the club since 2020 and is one of our fantastic Cyclone instructors, consistently receiving great feedback for her classes. 🚴‍♀️

After being diagnosed with stage 3 womb cancer in July 2025, Sue showed incredible strength and determination, continuing to teach throughout surgeries, radiotherapy and chemotherapy. 🙌

We’re delighted that Sue is now in remission and remains an inspiration to us all. 🌟

Well done, Sue!

Congratulations to Jez Luff 🤩

Our Instructor of the Month for April 🎉

Jez joined the team last year and has proved really popular with members.

He gets great feedback for his energy and enthusiasm in classes which include; Blaze, Cyclone, Circuits and Aqua 💦

His quirky retro playlists often get a mention and he loves to join his class participants for a coffee in the club room after a workout!
