🎉 Tomorrow is the day! Fitness Fiesta returns to Lancing Manor Leisure Centre from 9am–12pm.

Get ready for the latest LES MILLS releases, familiar favourites and a brilliant variety of fitness and wellbeing sessions across the centre.

Remember to bring a water bottle, comfortable clothing and any mats you may need for your booked sessions.

🏗️ We’re getting ready for another exciting step in the transformation of Worthing Leisure Centre!

From Monday 14th September, Stage 2 of our £2 million redevelopment will begin, bringing us closer to a completely transformed reception area.

The centre will remain open, but you will need to enter through the café garden and café doors. A temporary reception desk will be waiting for you inside the café, with signage to help you find your way.

The temporary gym and weights room will remain open. Some routes to the weights room, squash courts and studios will change, with alternative toilet and changing facilities available.

🍂 Not long to go until GROUND, our Autumn Equinox Retreat at Field Place Manor House and Barns.

Join us on Sunday 20th September for a five-hour seasonal wellbeing experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect and find balance as we move into autumn.

💃 Find a new way to move at Fitness Fiesta this Sunday!

Join us at Lancing Manor Leisure Centre from 9am to 12pm for a free morning of fitness, movement and relaxation.

Start your morning with LES MILLS DANCE at 9am. Led by the brilliant Beth and Daisy, with Wendy now also bringing her experience and energy to the event, this 45-minute class combines fresh music and exciting choreography with an energetic full-body workout. It is suitable for everyone aged 13+, whether you already love dancing or simply want to try something different.

At 10am, Dawn will lead Active Health. This supportive and adaptable class is designed for Exercise Referral clients, but you do not need to be on an Exercise Referral programme to take part. It is also ideal for anyone starting or returning to exercise, managing a long-term health condition or injury, or looking for a little more support.

There is plenty more to discover throughout the morning, including BODYCOMBAT, BODYPUMP, BODYBALANCE, Strength Development, Shapes, Sound Bath and more.

All sessions must be booked in advance. If your chosen class is full, please join the waiting list as places often become available nearer the time!

⚠️ Important changes are coming to Worthing Leisure Centre from Monday 14th September.

As Stage 2 of our £2 million redevelopment begins, the current reception and main entrance will close while we transform the reception area.

Worthing Leisure Centre will remain open, but you will need to enter through the café garden and café doors. A temporary reception desk will be available inside the café, with signage around the centre to guide you.

The temporary gym and weights room will remain open, although routes to the weights room, squash courts and studios will change. Alternative toilet and changing facilities will also be available.

It is also your last chance to try the HydroMassage and CryoLounge+ wellness beds before reception closes. They will return when the new gym opens.
