We will try to keep disruption to a minimum but some machines will be out of action for a short period of time whilst this is done.

Change is a process.

Statistically the 17th January is the day most resolutions are broken, if they haven't fallen already.

Change comes when we move from what we had known and done, through a period of transition, to arrive at a desired new way of behaving.

You didn't develop undesired habits overnight, so you won't change them overnight either. You need to have some patience with the process.

Have some self compassion – NO ONE IS PERFECT – remind yourself that you're doing your best and reflect on the progress made so far.
