Tower Power 🫶🏼

Absolutely loving the vibe and classes in our Tower & Mat Studio.

We’ve got lots of choices but you have to book in else you’ll miss them 🫶🏼🫶🏼 (forever grateful).

Don’t underestimate the power of the Mat also people, with all the hype of reformer and towers I feel the love gets lost for our most solid Pilates companion 🫶🏼🤍

We did it! 🥂

Months in the making and we finally opened for Tower & Chair.

I’ve been (thankfully) overwhelmed by the responses and I just cannot wait to share this most amazing part for the Pilates system to you all 🫶🏼.

I thank my lucky stars every night, but from me to you, thank you SO much for letting me share my passion, my love and most treasured enjoyment with you.

I can’t wait to see where this goes. Team LA, I Love You! 🥰

We’re getting SO close now guys!

Kit arrives tomorrow (Monday 27th) eeeeeks! This has been a long few months but I am so excited we’re nearly here and ready to PLAY!

We will be opening the studio again for Mat on Monday 4th and Tower on Thursday 7th (I will be adding these to the system shortly 🫶🏼.

To celebrate this we’re doing our awesome 3 for £30 package on our beautiful classes downstairs!!! Open to all 🫶🏼🩷

Group Tower Classes 🌟

We’re so excited about these classes starting at the studio in April 🫶🏼

The feedback has been amazing and we’ve already got waitlists for you guys to try these sessions out! I’m like a child at Christmas that’s just walked in to see all the gifts wrapped with cute little bows!

Welcoming the Pilates Tower & Mat Studio.

Most of us know about the Mat but what about the Tower?

The Tower is an amazing piece of apparatus in any Pilates studio, designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, and overall Pilates practice.

Tower Pilates focuses on building full-body strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility using the springs, straps & bars to provide resistance and assistance.

Don’t be fooled by its serene beauty, this piece of kit will have you shaking in areas you didn’t know existed and leave you feeling 10ft taller. 😉

✨My Secret is Out✨

I couldn’t keep this quiet any longer, this has been a dream of mine for quite some time and I can’t believe it’s happening 💕

When I started my business I ran group mat and small apparatus classes, I absolutely LOVED them. Not may people knew about the reformer, everyone would always talk about mat but there’s SO MUCH MORE to Pilates than just the mat and reformer.

I’m opening a very boutique Tower, Chair and Mat Studio (downstairs so you don’t have to go far 😉). Using the beautiful Legacy equipment (it’s being custom made as we speak) and I just can’t wait.

This is going to level up your training like never before. You’ll be able to book between all the classes at the studio using your packages, so changing up what you come and do with us, maybe one day it’s reformer, then mat and then chair / tower.

Bookings will be opening soon, we’ve also got another amazing teacher joining us so I just can’t wait!!

I absolutely LOVE everything Pilates and now I get to teach EVERYTHING I Love, more importantly I get to do it with you guys!!

I hope you’re excited, this is going to be super FUN! 🫶🏼✨🩷

We’re so proud of you!

Your ears must have been burning last Friday as Kat, Emily and I had such a lovely conversation about just how damn proud we are of you all.

The work you all put in, the consistency with classes and how you take our modifications etc is just amazing and it’s really starting to show!

Some of you have been with me nearly 7years and I’m just in awe of what so many of you have achieved. Genuinely amazing what can happen with a little hard work.

I’m seeing some of the strongest groups I’ve ever worked with, I’m not just talking L2. So thank you from the bottom of my heart.

When I started LA Pilates it was simply to spread the amazing world that is Pilates and show people how they can get stronger and enjoy life more, never thought I’d be where I am now, so thank you so much 🫶🏼🙏
