Most importantly
CONSISTENCY is the key to success

⬇️calorie deficit
Cause in the end of the day it boils down to calories in < calories out
Wether keto, intermittent fasting, low carb diet; they all only work cause they create a caloric deficit

🏋🏼‍♂️compound exercises
Cause nothing is better at burning calories than compound lifts

📝workout plan
Cause no one should be doing random workouts. Starting with a plan means you stick to it and you only have to show up & get going

🏃‍♂️ the more you move the more calories you burn. 10000 steps are 500calories burnt
