Stringer’s Gym has now been forced to cease trading.
Rising costs and Vat debt has unfortunately brought the business to an end.
I am so sorry to have let so many of you down.
We had a great community here and I have valued every single member either past or present.
Thank you for being a part of Stringer’s.

If you are one of those people who love to be up early, then choosing one of our 0615 classes will be a great way to start your day. If you're not, then I promise you it will be worth the struggle on getting up nice and early to join us for a great training session.
We have a selection of intervals, Spinning, Spin and Strength classes.
If that early alarm clock still fails to get you up, then you can choose from our selection of mid morning and late afternoon./evening classes.
