Your lower back hurts. You've tried stretching it. It helps briefly, then it's back.

Here's something worth knowing: most lower back pain isn't a back problem. It's a stability problem. The muscles that are supposed to support your spine - deep core, glutes, thoracic extensors - aren't doing their job, so your lower back overworks to compensate.

That's what Core class is for. Not just crunches. Not just sit-ups. But working towards deep stabilisation work that takes the load off the things that shouldn't be carrying it.

Not a miracle fix. But a proper place to start.

You don't need to be fit, strong, or even fully mobile to start at TMP. That's part of the point, and literally what we're here for.
