April 2026 price increase
Unfortunately guys due to our increasing over heads - business rates in particular we are forced to up the price of our rolling monthly direct debit membership. As of 1st of April this will increase from £37.50 a month to £38.50 a month…. £1 is all it’s going up by - 25p a week.
We’re not doing this to be greedy, we’re not doing this to try and make more money, we are literally doing this to fill the void we will be faced with once our reduction in business rates comes to an end.
1 year ago gyms received a 75% discount on business rates due to the fact we provide a service to the community. That was slashed from 75% to 40% once that helmet Keir Starmer took over. Now 12 months on the remaining 40% is being removed also. In just over 12 months our business rates have increased 75% - that is a LOT of money!
We’ve looked at how much extra we need to find and by spreading the load across the memberships we’re able to bridge that gap with an absolutely minimal increase.
Those who will be increasing to £38.50 don’t forget we do still offer a £35 a month membership that we can transfer you over to, but it is a 12 month contract. Unlike the rolling DD, if you switch to 12 month contract you will lose the ability to pause or cancel your membership. You will be tied in for 12 months, but it does give an option so save some money.
Day passes and 12 month contracts remain the same
