Don’t be afraid to post those pictures!
I get it - I really do.
There was a time I couldn’t even look at my own reflection without picking myself apart, especially after my surgeries…
I felt like a stranger in my own body.
I’d lost my strength, my confidence, and honestly… a bit of me.
And it’s scary putting yourself out there - especially when you’re still figuring things out.
You shouldn’t, but you worry what people will think, what they’ll say…
…and even when you brush it off in the moment, those thoughts creep back in later.
But here’s what I’ve learned —
This is your space.
Your journey.
Your story.
And you have every right to be proud of it.
If I can drag myself out of the trenches - rebuild my body, my confidence, and my sense of self - then you can too.
💪🏻 And that’s exactly what we’re about at King Gym.
We make it our mission to make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.
We’ll encourage you, support your journey, and meet you exactly where you’re at - with kindness, respect, and zero judgment.
Because we’ve been there too.
We’ve fought our own demons, started again, and built ourselves back up.
At , it doesn’t matter if you squat 200kg or 20kg - everyone is welcome here. Everyone belongs.
I can’t wait to meet you all when we open the doors to King Gym Helston this Saturday, 11th October at 9am.
See you there 😉
And in the meantime - post those pics, own your space, and have a great f***ing day 🫶🏼💜
