Jolly Sailor Strength and Conditioning OPENED NOV 2014! Jolly Sailor Strength and Conditioning Definition - ‘Constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity’.

Its a strength and conditioning program for EVERYONE of all ages from 18-100 and all abilities . CrossFit is a community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together, the communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why its so effective. Fundamentals classes are priority when first opening a CrossFit Box as EVERYONE has to complete 2-4 hours of coaching to enable all Users

to start the classes. If you have already completed fundamentals then please produce your certificate to Sue or Sandy and you may start CrossFitting immediately.

Ladies Only Strength Sessions will re-start Mondays & Wednesdays from Monday 11th May 1800-1900.

We will cover Deadlifts,squats,pressing,core work and moving weights to improve Strength and Mobility.

All ages are welcome and if you’re a complete beginner this is an ideal environment to learn how to use weights for health benefits.

Drop ins are welcome or you can purchase 10 or 20 flexible passes with no time limits.

You can do one class a week or both sessions.

We had Sailors doing in Cardiff and in Lisbon.

They have All been training so hard to compete in this sport so a huge congratulations for being brave to compete individually and as pairs 👏

Secondly it’s the Magnificent Mens crews who are also competing this weekend

They have all been working extremely hard on their strength and conditioning this year and we are certain they will reap their rewards of all their hard work.

We feel very privileged to coach these crews and seeing so much progress over the winter.💪⚓️

LADIES first - we have had the absolute pleasure of working with various ladies from different gig clubs throughout the winter.

They are an awesome group to coach and we feel very lucky to support them getting stronger and fitter for their sport.
