Im so grateful for those that turned out to the 80s mashup this morning at Woodthorpe, even though we didn’t get to dance πŸ₯²

The older and uglier I get, the more I’m learning not to blame myself for things that are out of my control

I was so looking forward to dancing with you all, had some weird energy I needed to shift. The world has been getting me down and getting on my nerves.

Thank you for being so understanding and kind. There was still so many positive vibes, smiles, laughter, and sunshine and lots of us even stayed a whole hour afterwards just having a lovely catch up with each other in the beautiful park.

I hope your spirits were lifted just as much as mine

So many of you, I’ve not managed to have a good catch up with in a long time and hearing all your new news. οΏΌ

I appreciate you, my crew and those from other crews who travelled far to sprinkle their positivity
