oh girls thank you for welcoming sonny and i into your classes, i was so nervous my first week 16 months ago and now i feel like i have friends for life, please don’t be strangers, if i can ever come if i have a random wednesday off i’ll be there and thank you to Fowles for being the best leader, biggest supporter and encouraging me to get back into fitness, i came 16 months ago as a shy new mum who was scared to exercise and try and get my body back, i still have 7lbs to lose 🙈🤣 but im leaving someone who can run a 10k and lift something heavier than a 2kg weight!!

love you all so much and please let’s all stay in touch!!!
