In solidarity for our very own Limpin' Bizkit, we did a special pose this evening - done thoroughly out of love and wishes for a speedy recovery of the man who who rocks so hard he partied out of his own ankle. 🤘 (*Not in class*!)

But genuinely asking - we've had loads of new followers lately, both before the Download Festival and just afterwards, and colour me curious...

We really do coin the best pet names for various manoeuvres, don't we! 🤣 🦒

Check out Patrick rocking his well-earned 50 class Demi-Centurion golden badge of glory! 😎 A really epic achievement, and always willing to make jokes every week as equally daft as mine - well bloody done! 🙌

Fresh off the back of Download and the amazing news that we sold out the Rock City Rockathon event, we were comin' in super hot for this epic mid-week party! 🔥
..Even more hot because of the incomprehensible heating situation... 🥵

But what awesome energy! And thanks for whooping and hollerin' on my behalf whilst my voice is yet to fully recover from yelling in a field for 5 days straight. 👍

JustGiving link just went live! For our 3rd ROCK CITY 2.5 hour Rockathon.

This year we're supporting Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People -they do absolutely vital work for families in the East Midlands, and every pound really makes a difference to the end of life care, bereavement support, hospital nurses and short breaks they arrange.

We're asking all participants to raise or get sponsored for a minimum £20 each. You don't have to do this in one go; if you want to make incremental donations leading up to the event, that's amazing!

Don't forget Gift Aid if you're a UK tax player to add an extra 25% at no cost to yourself.

JustGiving will ask you for a tip towards JustGiving itself, but this is entirely optional.

Please share the link with your friends, family, colleagues and pets.

With at least 80 of us (more tickets will be created, as needed) rocking out together we can definitely raise at least £2000 in total, but let's shoot for the frickin' moon and aim for £3K.

Rock City Rockathon I (PASIC) - 62 tickets sold

Rockathon II (IMARA) - 77 tickets sold

They were both over the period of several months leading up to the event.

Today, in 12 freakin' hours, all 80 tickets are GONE for Rockathon III (Rainbows) 🤯

Holy **** you guys ROCK!

BUT - I know how much some of you have been really looking forward to taking part in this, so if you didn't manage to get a ticket yet, please please please message me and let me you definitely want to come on Sunday Sept 13th.

Once I know what the demand is I can allocate more tickets as needed (up to a point).

The Rock City annual charity Rockathon tickets are LIVE!

For Rockathon III, 2026, we are raising funds for the vital work of Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People

'The One With The Wall'

I woke up in a field this morning. In a tent, fortunately.

A bit of manual haulage and a couple of bus rides later and we were ready to keep the Download Festival party going, RockFit style! 🤘

And friends, we did! Picking up a few tricks from the Brighton RockFit Fest and the Download sessions we did our first wall of death routine together! 🤘

I had to duplicate myself to teach both sides 'simultaneously', and fortunately I found a way! 😉

It was sooooo much fun! The cursed Simon Cowell bobble head joined us for the sweaty selfie on this one - so judgmental! 🤣

Might do it Wednesday, hmm?
