Well this has made me smile from a member of . Today marks 365 days of lifting heavy circles 😎 I’ve never been able to commmit to the gym in my life before this so it’s been a journey. I started to get fit and be more confident. Now I have to force myself to take rest days so my joints don’t give up on me 💀
I have hit every goal I set for myself + more.
Started at 84KG, down to 80KG, and up to 85KG.
269 days to hit 210 hack squat.
277 days to hit 165kg deadlift.
309 days to hit 100KG bench.
Never missed a session, even once.
Huge thank’s to TGS Fitness for their great facilities and staff. The privacy of this gym alone is worth the money. The cleanliness and crowd free space make it easy to get on with your workouts. I had to use thegym in town once and I hated every second of it 😷 And last but not least, THANK YOU kcfitness90 for all of your guidance with your programming and advice! If there’s one piece of advice to give to anyone starting out, it would be get a program from her for at least 6 months AND STICK TO IT!
