WHAT A TRANSFORMATION!

3 stone down. Nearly 20% body fat reduced. 🤯🔥

But this transformation isn’t just about the numbers.

Since January 2025, Nathan has completely changed his lifestyle.

Has it been perfect? No.

He’s had setbacks. He’s had weeks where nutrition wasn’t spot on. He’s had life’s challenges thrown at him, just like everyone else.

The difference?

What a Shout Out Sunday we have incoming!!! SARAH MERCHANT TAKE A BOW! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
This girl has done a complete 180 on herself!
We’re talking fitness ✅ strength ✅ nutrition ✅ mindset ✅ confidence ✅

is unrecognisable from the girl that first walked through our doors. It was eyes to the floor, quiet and happy to stay under the radar.

Slowly but surely she began to believe in her potential. An extra few kg on the bar here, a few more reps there… gradually things started to come together.

For 6yrs she’s been under a gastro specialist and found it almost impossible to gain weight and therefore unable to develop strength. With some focus and structure around her nutrition and working out what serves her best she’s not only gained an appetite but gained weight, gained significant muscle mass and in turn strength 💪🏽
“You guys have done in 3 months what the specialist hasn’t managed in 6yrs!”

Sarah’s not only made strides in her physical strength, she’s also shifted her mindset constantly looking to push herself out of her comfort zone. When the opportunity to do an abseil down the Trafford Centre arose she was the 1st person to volunteer… “WTF am i doing?!?! IM IN!” 😆 In doing so she’s raised well over a thousand pounds for children’s cancer hospice

Sarah’s got 2 beautiful young daughters that she adores. What an example she’s setting showing them a positive role model of a mum who is mentally resilient, physically strong and vulnerable enough to recognise when she doesn’t have all the answers, P4 does! 😆😋😋😋

At P4, every single person has their own dedicated Check In coach who will message them weekly to keep them accountable and on track for success.

It’s something we’re passionate about. We take your wellbeing seriously, your experience here seriously and your results seriously.
