Hi everyone!
Hope you’re doing ok in these strange times. I am definitely having good days and bad days. Trying to do a short workout most nights after the girls go to bed to keep me sane!
Tonight I did a short Kettlebell workout:
✅ kettlebell sn**ch 5 each side
✅KB squat x 10
✅ KB high swing x 10
✅KB lunge x 10
✅push press x 10
✅press ups x 10
✅mountain climbers x 50
✅ 10 chest to floor burpees
✅Plank hold 30 secs
Repeated 3 times
I used a 12kg as that’s all I have but if you use a lighter weight you could do more reps or a minute on each exercise.
Just thought I’d post in case you need a bit of motivation at the moment! It’s really hard to make myself do it at 8pm but I do feel so much better after. I also spent the first few weeks of lockdown doing Piyo/Pilates to build up my strength, it’s only now at 8 months post partum that I am beginning to feel a bit stronger and fitter. It’s a long process!
