My name is Charlotte Wright and I am the founder of WomenFIT, I am currently based in South Man

chester, UK. After successfully qualifying as a pre and post natal exercise specialist I have decided to translate my skills and passion into an exciting new business venture helping females stay fit and healthy throughout their pregnancy and after your baby is born! As an experienced group exercise instructor and personal trainer, I come across many women who exercise regularly and lead healthy lifestyles and then become pregnant and then see this as a barrier to continue exercising during their pregnancy. This then leads them to become sedentary until baby arrives and it really does not have to be this way! Exercise is a vital part of keeping healthy and happy in life and especially if you are expecting a new arrival. The benefits are life changing and I am really excited to share my knowledge and expertise with you. I am passionate about providing safe and effective training sessions for women who are either pregnant, have just had their baby or are still experiencing post-natal issues further along the line. Each pregnancy, delivery and recovery is unique so I aim to facilitate your individual needs with exercise that works for you. We offer a range of services which include 1- 2 -1 exercise sessions at our intimate training studio based in Didsbury, UK (which welcomes your baby or can be a great time for just "you" time). We also facilitate visits to the home, out door sessions for those who like fresh air as well as group exercise sessions with like minded new mums. Our award-winning Aquanatal classes are designed specifically for pregnant women and are led by a fully qualified Pre & Postnatal Exercise Coach.

Enjoy a fun, friendly and effective water workout where we focus on the movement patterns that support you through pregnancy, birth and motherhood. We squat, lunge, rotate, bend and extend in a safe, supportive environment while building strength, mobility and confidence in the water.

This week, led by Perinatal Mental Health Partnership, shines a light on mental health during pregnancy and the first year after birth—the perinatal period. From postnatal depression to anxiety and everything in between, so many parents are navigating challenges behind the scenes.

That’s why organisations like PANDAS Foundation exist—to remind you that you’re never alone. Support is also available through your GP, midwife, and local networks 💛

Just a quick reminder that we’ll be taking a week off AquaNatal during the week commencing 13th April, so there will be no class on Tuesday 14th April 2026.

Classes will resume on 21st April at 7:30pm.

There are two remaining weeks left in our April course, and bookings for the May and June courses are now open.

We also have our half price trials back this month if our new and fancy trying our class
