Hi I'm Eva Mackay and I'm a certified Callanetics teacher. I first discovered Callanetics over 12 years ago and loved it so much I qualified as a teacher in 2007. Since I qualified I have been teaching in Edinburgh at Morningside and I'm excited to be branching out in my hometown of Falkirk as well.

I just wanted to share such a lovely testimonial from Ann. S
For those of you who don’t know Ann, she has been coming to the studio for classes for just over a year now, and it’s been my privilege to have her in class. 🥰

I’ve now been going for over a year, and I honestly can’t imagine not having it in my life. Eva creates such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere, and the support from all the ladies is amazing.

Before I started, my inner critic had plenty to say — I’m too old, I’m uncoordinated, I have sciatic nerve problems… But Eva gets to know you and your health niggles and adapts the exercises to suit you. There really is no reason to think you can’t do it.

The challenge BEGINS on Tuesday the of 1st of September and ENDS Saturday the 26th of September.

Challenge classes are as follows:

3x 1 hour classes the first week,
4x 1 hour classes the second,
3 x 1 hour classes the third and
4 x 1 hour classes the fourth.

I just wanted to share more of the amazing results our studio and online Ladies are achieving in our Callanetics classes!!!

And, with that in mind, I’ll let Karen tell you in her own words just how much our classes have helped her achieve her goals!!!

“After losing weight myself over the course of a year, I felt I needed to be toning and sculpting my body to get the best results that I wanted. So after seeing some online results ladies were able to achieve from Callanetics, I decided to take the leap, and at the end of April this year, I went to class.
All I can say is I’m glad I did because the results are amazing! I’ve lost an amazing 13 Inches!
I’m buzzing, and to top it off last week, I bought some new clothes and, to my absolute delight, I bought a new pair of jeans size 8! Insane!

I can’t recommend these classes highly enough and some of my own clients have even joined in!! Callanetics is amazing and the results speak for themselves!!”

I just wanted to share one of our Ladies amazing transformations!
For the past two years, Lisa has been on a weight and inch loss journey, incorporating Callanetics into her weekly routine over the past few months.
Lisa has kindly provided me with a few photos from the beginning of her journey until now, and also shared a few of her own words about how her journey has progressed and the positive impact including Callanetics into her weekly routine has had.

“Hi, Eva. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me with my weight and inch loss journey. You know I’ve been working hard on my weight loss for the past two years, and taking part in your Callanetics classes over the past few months has really helped tone and shape my body.
I had a fantastic holiday and was so excited that, for the first time in years, I was able to wear shorts and go out in public! This was such a massive step for me and it felt amazing being comfortable enough to wear shorts and feel great about my body shape and weight.
I can’t wait to get back into class and I’m so chuffed! It feels fantastic knowing that with every class I am getting more and more comfortable with myself! I’ll need to get more shorts, lol!”
