Strength is the backbone of our personal training model.
Not because everyone needs to chase PBs or lift the heaviest weights in the room, it’s because strength gives us a realistic starting point for every single person who walks through our doors.
When training starts with strength, we can slow things down and our coaches can see where your need to develop.
We can focus on building confidence, competence, and consistency. There’s no rush, no pressure to “keep up,” and no expectation that you should already be fit.
The reality is that the modern fitness world can feel intimidating. Between big events like Hyrox, CrossFit competitions, and the constant highlight reels on social media, it can sometimes look like that’s the standard everyone should be training at.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, cautious, or unsure where to start with your fitness journey you’re not alone. And honestly, we don’t blame you.
That’s exactly why our lpersonal training model exists.
Our job is to lower the barrier to entry.
To meet you where you are right now, not where the internet says you should be.
Strength training allows us to individualise the process, progress at the right pace, and build the foundations that make everything else possible, without anyone feeling like they’re failing.
Exercise shouldn’t start with pressure or be unrealistic.
You just need to start in the right place, be reassured and with a belief that you belong here.
