I have had a few messages re classes .

Apologies but I am completely out of action and realistically this will take months to heal . I have remained hopeful but I am still unable to walk without some sort of pain. Which in a work capacity is not ideal never mind a class capacity.

I love classes but I cannot guarantee when and if I will be back

Therefore classes are cancelled indefinitely.

I know some money is outstanding. If you PM me I will sort refunds

Both classes are 30mins . Anyone can do 30 mins ... Metafit is tough but it is over fairly quickly . The results to fitness , metabolism and general mental achievement is worth it

Zumba is cancelled..... I have got a tear in my calf! Its been going for a few weeks and I have really done it this time!!!

Metafit and BTT is still on as I can do these classes !
