I'll be the first to put my hand up and tell you I hired one.

Not because I don't know what to do. I do. I know the nutrition. I know the training.

But knowing and doing are two very different things when you're running a business, raising kids, and trying to hold everything together in between.

Somewhere in the chaos of it all, I kept ending up at the bottom of my own priority list. Again. And again. And again.

So I stopped waiting for things to calm down (because they don't) and I got myself some accountability.

Because the thing is I'd never tell a client to just figure it out alone. I'd never tell them that the answer is more willpower or a better morning routine or just trying harder.

So why was I telling myself that?

If you're spinning all the plates and the one that keeps dropping is YOU then this is your sign.

You don't need more information. You don’t need more willpower. You don’t need the RIGHT time.
