IMPORTANT CLASS UPDATE 💛 Please Read

Hi everyone,

Due to unforeseen family circumstances, I won’t be able to return from Portugal as planned. My mum was taken into hospital with pneumonia during the first week I was here and has since had two falls. As you can imagine, I need to stay a little longer to support her.

✨ Sound Bath Update
Tomorrow’s sound bath has now been moved to Saturday 21st.
I have messaged everyone who was booked on. If the new date doesn’t suit you, please don’t worry, there will be other dates coming up and I will make sure you’re looked after.

✨ Broadway Boogie OPENING NIGHT
Opening Night will now take place the following Wednesday 11th of March at 6:15pm. I promise it will be worth the wait. Sometimes the spotlight just needs a tiny pause before the curtain rises.

✨ Clubbercise
Classes will be back a week on Monday 9th of March and I cannot wait to be back glowing with you all.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support. Family always comes first, and I know this community understands that more than anyone.

It’s like this…you either hit it right, right position-posture-nail it every time and make a difference to yourself or you go elsewhere to who doesn’t give a s**t about you-your position-your posture, just numbers, you end up, injured , disheartened, sore (in the wrong ways), scared. I don’t throw people starting out on their fitness journey right in with those even a few weeks ahead.

Fancy shiny machines look great, but in reality your own body is all the machine you need, your own body weights often more than what you would push in a gym.

Don’t get bogged down with social media, complicated moves that cos they look ‘good’ you think are benefiting you. The music-their looks

Don’t think “that’s too hard, I could never do that”

Don’t join someone who takes joy in their participants feeling sick or being sick 🤢

Don’t be a number

BE YOU

Start from exactly where your at

Have your lifestyle and day to day circumstances taken into account

Have someone who will recognise these but also push you when your using them as an excuse
