How to ALWAYS have good sessions-
Prepare and be realistic.
I have very little bad sessions now, if I haven’t ate, feel a bit s**t, haven’t slept etc etc… I prepare and be realistic about the session, you can still have a great session when you get out the ‘must hit PB’ mentality.
If you could hit a PB every single session then go put on the lottery because you’re luckier than a seagull in a chippy.
If you get in the mentality of making sure you make the most out of every session, then you will. Looking for PBs and getting into a mindset of having a bad session before you even pick up a weight then yes, your session will be balls.
Auto regulate people.
