"I joined Markโ€™s classes in October 2022 when I was at the heaviest weight Iโ€™ve ever been. I was recently engaged and was adamant I was getting back to my โ€˜oldโ€™ weight. I was petrified of the gym, and no matter how many times I went, I never felt comfortable being there.

A post of Markโ€™s was shared on Instagram, and I decided to bite the bullet and join his 8 week fit camp.
Here I am 10 months later and 2 stone lighter. Mark has created such a fantastic environment and community for like-minded people who all support and challenge each other.
Markโ€™s classes, support, and nutritional advice have kept me going throughout the last 10 months and helped me to feel amazing on my wedding day. If youโ€™re thinking about it, do it. Iโ€™m so glad I did!"

Over the past year, Colleen totally changed her habits, creating long-lasting change.

Has it been easy? Definitely not.
Have there been ups/downs? Of course.
Has it been worth it? 100%.

One of the best things about competing on Sunday was being able to see what parts of my training were working well and what part I needed to put more work into.

My engine is definitely what I need to be working on. I can hold good numbers and a good pace, but for a shorter time than I'd like, and my recovery wasn't quick enough.
