🤸♀️ Meet San - Hybrid Coach and Personal Trainer at Iron Lab, specializing in functional strength, mobility, and mental + physical fitness. San’s coaching is built around making movement simple, accessible, and enjoyable no matter where you’re starting from. Whether the goal is building strength, improving mobility, getting back into routine, or just feeling better day to day, she helps clients create sustainable habits that actually fit real life.
🧠 Starting her own fitness journey with home workouts, San lives by the “no equipment, no problem” mindset. She believes movement should never feel intimidating, and that any movement is good movement. Having also worked through injuries herself, she brings a real understanding of setbacks and how to rebuild confidence and capability step by step.
💪 With a background in psychology, San focuses on both physical and mental resilience through training, helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their health. She’s also our resident Skipping Specialist, using skipping as a powerful tool for cardio conditioning, coordination, and fun!
