That's me. In my gym, on an ordinary day, decades into a life that once told me my best body was behind me.
You can run a company. You can read a room. You can make hard calls under pressure that would flatten most people. So why does your own body feel like the one thing you can't get a handle on?
You can run a company. You can read a room. You can make hard calls under pressure that would flatten most people.
So why does your own body feel like the one thing you can't get a handle on?
Here's what I've learned after years of this work and after transforming my own body at 50: it was never about discipline. You have plenty of that. It's the old voice.
The one that whispers it's too late.
That you've already let it go too far.
That people will notice you're finally trying.
That you failed before, so why bother again.
That voice isn't the truth. It's just an old pattern running on autopilot. And patterns can be changed.
I stepped on stage at 50 and competed six times in a single year — first place among ten women. Not because I was special, but because I changed the voice first, and let my body follow.
If you've been waiting for the "right time," let me save you the wait.
The right time is the moment you stop believing the old story.
Your body is not the problem. The voice is. And you can change it.
If a part of you just felt that comment "READY," or send me a message. I see you, and I'd love to show you what's possible.
