It’s and Day is around the corner. How’s everyone doing? 🧠💛✌🏻

It’s a cold and rainy time of year in Canada and with the holidays behind us, Spring might feel far away. ☔️

A few tips to get through the last bit of Winter:

⛳️ Get moving! Go for a walk, stretch, hit the gym or throw on a free YouTube workout in your living room
⛳️ Get some fresh air and daylight especially if your home tends to be darker or you spend a lot of time at the computer for work
⛳️ Eat a well balance diet, try to avoid binging on sweet and salty snacks
⛳️ Meditate or take a few moments of time each day to just be. There’s a lot of apps out there to help with this: are a few

I asked them to put something together that highlights our vision and mission.

Our mission is to help grow the game of golf by encouraging those who are outside the golf industry or without previous experience to give golf a shot. We know you will fall in love with the game, build incredible relationships and learn a lot about yourself... just like the rest of us have. ⛳️

We believe that golf should be accessible to everyone regardless of age, gender, race, culture, sexual orientation, creed, ability or socioeconomic status. 🏌🏻‍♀️🏌🏼🏌🏽‍♀️🏌🏾🏌🏿‍♀️

Had a morning, so trying to shift to 😎

Golf always puts us in a good mood because it’s a form of meditation. 🧘

Even when we play bad, it’s easy to remember that at least you get to be :

⛳️outside breathing fresh air
⛳️experiencing nature
⛳️competing against yourself or others
