Here she is; my mum. I’m told I look like her all the time. The older I get; the younger she looks. It’s her 70 birthday. She’s my forever nemesis, lockdown partner and my reason for being. Whenever I get mad at her; I think of this girl. This girl who wanted to see the bluest sky. And then I’m not as mad any more. ✨💫✨

The Vu’s

Aromatherapy sanitizers
Aloha Vu 🍍pineapple 🥭mango. Inspired Vu 🌿lemongrass🍃. True Vu 🥥coconut🍋 lime.
Super Duper Vu 🍋 lemon 🌿thyme

Use as a hand sanitizer by spray directly into hands and rubbing throughly. Avoid eyes, mouth or any mucus membrane.

Use as a yoga mat spray by spraying on a cloth or paper towel first- then wipe mat down. Can be used to disinfect steering wheel or hard surface that is prone to sweat and dirt from hands and feet. Always patch test first on a small corner of object to see if the natural essential oils will discolour object.

Do not spray directly on any object unless it’s for hand sanitizing.
Except for Super Duper Vu
*** For repelling insects for humans- spray on exposed skin and massage in.
For repelling insects on plants- spray directly on plant or plant soil.

If you thought all I did this summer was tan and develop super duper Vu... you’d be partially right. 😎

I thought of different ways I could bring me into your life 😬. During quarantine; I was frustrated by the fact that I couldn’t see and touch people the way I always did in regular class sessions. There’s a particular feeling you get when you walk into any space. Especially when that space is meant for mindful practice.

In the niyamas.. I’ve discussed with you saucha (cleanliness). Almost the whole reason behind my aromatherapy sprays.

We now move into swadhyaya (self study) ... which if you been reading my stories.. I went in and looked at all the stuff that made me... ME. 💪🏽

Ishwara pranidhana (surrender). Only once you surrender can you then hear and feel. ✨ That was when I wanted to be able to find a way to be with you when I couldn’t physically be there.

Tapas (passion) lead me to santosha (contentment) the yin yang forces that complete the 5 personal observances of the niyamas. ⚡️
