2025 Feminine
When I chose feminine as my word for the year, I didn’t really know what it would ask of me. I assumed it might be about exploring my own femininity, and while that has been part of it, the year showed me something deeper.
It made me notice the women in my world — the strength they carry, often quietly, in the roles they hold. I have witnessed feminine strength in the lowest moments and the highest ones. I’ve seen women I love and admire move through breakdowns, experience tragedy, and I’ve watched determined women continue to show up, choose their path, and work towards becoming who they want to be.
This year asked me to be more vulnerable. To open up. To appreciate the relationships I have with these women, and to not shy away from the discomfort that comes with sharing dreams, fears, and desires. I’ve seen women lift each other up. I have been that woman, and I have also been held when I needed it.
I’ve learned that being feminine isn’t about softness alone. It’s about nurturing, caring, celebrating, and supporting one another — especially when it’s hard.
