Come down and experience a fun, skill-based, full-body boxing workout! No experience needed!

What’s Included?

✅ Free Fight-Fit boxing class – A skill-based, full-body boxing workout

What to Bring:

🥊 Your own boxing gloves if possible (gloves can be provided if needed)

👊 Boxing wraps (available for purchase for $15 if needed)

👕 Comfortable clothing to train in

👟 Runners or boxing shoes

All fitness levels are welcome! Bring a friend or family member, learn the fundamentals of boxing and get a taste of what training at Sweet Science Boxing & Fitness is all about.

🥊 3 WEEK UNLIMITED CLASS PASS 🥊

We have some exciting news! Sweet Science Boxing & Fitness is launching a full timetable of group classes at our new location, and you’re invited to help shape it.

From June 8 to June 28, we’re running a 3-week trial schedule with Fight-Fit and Boxing Fundamentals classes.

What’s in it for you?

Unlimited access to all group classes during the 3-week trial for just $40

FIGHT-FIT CLASSES 🥊
Fight-Fit classes are designed to build fitness, confidence and overall athleticism.
The primary focus of these sessions is on pushing your limits, developing cardiovascular endurance and building full-body strength. Each session also includes a dedicated technique segment at the beginning to ensure you get the most efficient full-body workout possible while picking up new skills along the way.

BOXING FUNDAMENTALS SESSIONS 👊
Our Boxing Fundamentals classes focus on the core principles of the sweet science including punching mechanics, footwork, defensive techniques and tactical concepts. You’ll develop real skills through a mix of contact and non-contact drills. Perfect for anyone looking to sharpen their form and build confidence.

Your feedback will directly influence which class times stay in our final timetable. We encourage you to ask for times that work best for you!
