Lies we tell ourselves without realising.

When I realised that I was actually lying to myself it changed everything for me. So when you think about your food intake ask yourself:

1: Have I measured my snacks?
2: Have I measured my soft drinks?
3: Have I measured my coffee that looks like a desert?
4: Have I measured my child’s left over food that I finished eating?

Zoom out and look at the whole picture not just the salad you ate on Tuesday for lunch

What’s the goal?

I always, and I mean always wanted to be skinny. It’s the era I grew up in….. who out there remembers the Skinny Milk ad??? I was a teenager in the 80’s when everyone was smoking and drinking instead of eating. I was in my early twenties during the 90’s when 💉 chic hit the market.

Now that I’m 56 and my goal is to be strong, flexible and fit. I don’t adhere to the notion that it’s all going to turn to 💩 as i get older…. Some of it has… Hi Menopause! 🙄

But for the most part Im not interested in anything other than getting strong and fit as I get older

Train 3-4x per week
Cardio 1x per week
10k steps per day

Where to begin when you want to lose weight?

1️⃣ Weigh yourself. If you know what you weigh you can decide how much weight you want to lose

2️⃣ Weigh your food. If you learn how much energy you are consuming you can start to plan how much energy you need to decrease in order to create the correct deficit to support your weight loss plan

NOTE: If you are in a season where the scale triggers you then you may need to use a different method. Eg: an outfit that doesn’t currently fit you the same way that it did last time 💋

Regardless if it’s not measured it can’t be managed

We collect data so it’s easier to create a plan.
