Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible Karate dads!

We appreciate the sacrifices you make, the work you put in, and the way you continue to show up for your children. Together, through karate we can help change their lives for the better.

Being a father is a tough gig. To me a true father is someone who never gives up someone who communicates, admits when he is wrong, shows humility, apologises for his mistakes and keeps trying to become a better man…

Being strict can have a purpose, but so do patience, understanding and the willingness to listen.

Once again, Happy Father’s Day! We love and appreciate you all.

Tonight Sensei James took our adult class through an awesome lesson covering hand conditioning, knife-hand strike techniques, different variations of push-ups to help develop punching technique, strength and control.

It was a fun night, but there was also a huge amount of knowledge passed on. Our students learned a lot, and I learned plenty tonight as well!

We finished the class with a tough circuit and plenty of bag work. I jumped into the Bumblebee suit 🐝🥊 while Senpai Charlie worked the body shield which was a great way to finish the week!

Outstanding job tonight, Sensei James. We really appreciate the knowledge, experience and effort you continue to give our students and Greenstone Karate.🦾
