HEADING BACK TO HONG KONG

Black & Blue Mantis are heading back to Hong Kong to train with Sifu/Sigung Hang Ng from October 15th–26th, 2026—and a few spots are still available for those ready to take their training to the next level.

This isn’t just another training camp. It’s a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in the roots of the art—refining your skills, deepening your understanding, and experiencing the culture that shapes everything we practice.

Academy Reopening

We are pleased to announce that the Academy will reopen in 2026 at the following locations:

• Carrara: Tuesday, 6 January
• Palm Beach: Wednesday, 7 January

All scheduled classes will operate as normal from these dates onward. We remind all members that your membership allows you to train up to five times per week, providing ample opportunity to maintain consistency and accelerate your progress.

With the M1 now open, travel between Carrara and Palm Beach is approximately 17 minutes, making it easier than ever to attend classes at both locations. We look forward to welcoming you back and beginning another strong year of training together.
