If you're interested in fitness, self defence or competing, you've come to the right place! Our Coaches are all experienced MMA and Muay Thai fighters and know what it takes to be a champion. Head Coach Roy Luxton, was an undefeated fighter and has trained Five Rings fighters for hundreds of fights, including more than 20 times internationally. BJJ Coach Andrew Dearsley is a national MMA Champion

and one of the most skillful Black belts in Australia. Our classes cater for Kids, Teens and adults who are interested in Martial Arts, getting fit, solid self defence or stepping into the cage. Our Personal Trainers have vast experience in MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ and Strength and Conditioning. Facilities include a full size cage, and half cage, 200 sq metres of mat space, specialized weights studio, full compliment of strength and conditioning equipment, fight shop, showers, and an in-house Physio. Our goal is to be the most successful and most exciting fight team in the world. If you’re serious about a career in MMA, then look no further. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the most effective martial art in a 1v1 situation in modern times.

Students learn how to effectively defend themselves by subduing their adversary, this can be done with little or no risk of injury if need be.

Bullies will tend to pick on smaller, timid kids as they're seen as easy targets.

What if your smaller, timid kid, was brimming with the confidence that only real martial arts can provide?

What if your child is picked on? Are the skills in place to be able to shut down a bully forever?

Or will your child go down the rabbit hole of fear, depression and anxiety?

Can you get insurance for your car after you have an incident? Or do you need the insurance in place before the incident? We urge you to think about your child's mental well being in this format.

You cannot control what's happening with your child when they are at school, but you can give them the tools to handle themselves and keep their happy childhood intact.
