Since we opened the doors we have offered Family Discounts 🤑

If there are 3 or more family members that sign up together, we can reduce each of their weekly membership fees by $5 per week 🤩

For 3 people that’s a savings of

Renovations are underway and we are expanding our timetable 📈

Our combat fitness facility currently has;

👉🏼 Full time Muay Thai timetable with classes available in the AM and PM for all levels - beginners through to professional fighters
👉🏼 Muay Thai Classes for kids as young as 3 years old
👉🏼 Casual boxing timetable set for general training with a few extra classes for intermediate level training
👉🏼 Recovery Room including built in ice bath, 4 person sauna and leg compression boots
👉🏼 Hex set, Squat rack and Air Bikes
👉🏼 over 200sqm 4mm matted training area (mirrored)
👉🏼 12 boxing bags
👉🏼 thai pads, kick pads, hand pads, belly pads
👉🏼 coffee shop
👉🏼 bathroom amenities including a shower

Being updated now;
👉🏼 upstairs air conditioned training area being matted with Jiu Jitsu training mats 70sqm
👉🏼 downstairs weights area
👉🏼 Cafe to be upgraded with a larger menu

What we are looking for;
👉🏼 coaches that are interested in coaching new classes to add to the timetable (not necessarily just the ones mentioned in the poster)
👉🏼 to expand our boxing timetable to suit kids and adults both in the early afternoon and mornings
👉🏼 use of the new matted area upstairs
👉🏼 extra classes available to our current members to expand their choices

I started when I was a child and it definitely helped to shape me into the adult that I am today

Muay Thai is so much more than “just a sport”.
It’s a lifestyle, it’s a mindset 🧠
There is so much more to learn than just the moves

It has helped so many people that I have met over time in so many different ways

Unless you try it for yourself or let your kids try, you will never truely understand the art of 8 limbs 🎨🥊
