Happy Father’s Day.

Training starts tomorrow.

Banksia Park Hall - Hope Island.

When:
Monday 4pm (45mins)
Monday 4.45pm (45mins)
Saturday 10am (55mins)

Cost:
First two lessons free.

All welcome, mixed level family classes.
Train to how you’re feeling.

Let’s have some fun and keep fit.
