Incredible training last night. After warming up and basics we focused on Battle stance (zhan bu) and the importance of transitioning in and between stances. Even the legend Bruce Lee trained in using this stance.

Well done again to Lucas, you battled against yourself three times in this lesson, against your own emotions, your own understandings and your fears and overcame all of them. Congratulations.

Sorry, for the late post. Mondays Class was great, with a focus on Stance's and movement. Well done Lucas on getting your Cat/ Empty stance (Xuan Ji Bu) or also referred to as Xu Bu, strong and stable.

We also enjoyed theory on application and different Martial Art approaches to combat.

Last night was a brilliant class. Starting with strength training, and Basic strikes. We then moved into leg work and finished with a Q&A section on close quarter combat against bullies and opponents.

We recognise that recent climatic challenges have touched the lives of many in our community, and it is with great pleasure that we extend a heartfelt invitation to your students, staff, and their families to enjoy a rejuvenating day at David Fleay Wildlife Park.

On Saturday 5th April a special 'Locals Day' with FREE entry, will be held in celebration of the park’s reopening post-Cyclone Alfred's challenges. The event will provide locals an opportunity to get outdoors, relax and enjoy the park's natural beauty while meeting our cherished wildlife ambassadors and hearing their conservation stories. Visitors will also be able to discover how Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service Rangers work diligently across the State to preserve our ecosystems and learn the simple actions they can take in their own backyard as a conservation Guardian.

What a fantastic class tonight. Started with strength training and warm ups. Then focused on application of basic techniques.

Shout out to Lucas for excellent ex*****on of the late Grand Masters “Brutal” attack. Keep practicing, but careful not to hurt your dad!!

Last night was a great Class, performed basics, strength training, conditioning and cooled down with forms.

Students also explored various ways of closing the gap and devastating the opponent with Elbow strikes.
