An amazing day with three generations of Yuen Mo Pai Kung Fu and Tai Chi students coming together to spend time with our Grandmaster Henry Sue as he was interviewed for Channel 9’s My Way program.

Much fun was had by all with Tai Chi forms (empty hand and weapons), kids Kung Fu, Liond Dancing, adult Kung Fu, and concrete tile beaks to keep us busy.

The best part was the camaraderie and support of our martial arts family!!

Dear FitLife Martial Arts Family,

This notification is for all members who train at our Nerang, Beechmont, and Brisbane venues.

Due to the current cyclone warning and the Gold Coast City Council's recommendation to stay safe at home by 6pm tonight, we will be cancelling all classes for the rest of today, Thursday, as well as Friday and Saturday.

Your safety is our priority, so please take all necessary precautions and follow the council’s safety guidelines. We encourage you to continue your training at home using your videos to stay active and focused.
