Few things build a kid faster than learning to move well under load.

Structured lifting at 7-11 isn't about barbells and big numbers. It's about teaching kids how their body works, how to brace, hinge, squat, and carry load safely.

The result? Better athletes, fewer injuries, and kids who walk into sport with a physical foundation most of their peers don't have.

The evidence is clear. Youth resistance training improves bone density, connective tissue strength, and motor control. It's one of the safest activities a young person can do. Lower injury rates than gymnastics, rugby, soccer, and most contact sports.

What it actually builds:

Confidence that comes from being capable, not just praised.

SATURDAY

7am Send - To honour our service personnel we are doing a version of Murph - run or erg , single or partnered - showing up and putting the work in is the least we can do to show our appreciation.

SUNDAY

8am Hyrox - We are continuing our Hyrox prep towards Sydney. Whether you are doing a Hyrox or not, this is a great class to work on your engine.

MONDAY

7am Build - continuing with our phase 1 of block 2. Upper - Those that don't want to interrupt the progress of our Build programming.

8am Send
Big community team based workout.

A big weekend a head - working out with your team mates and grabbing a coffee after.
