Often, good things start small. Our story starts this way. The dream first comes to life in a North Avoca garage, where a barbell, a chin up bar and a couple of friends spark something. The something grows and finds a new home in a renown tin shed at the back of Terrigal. he Shed and enters a new era: a place for people to workout, hangout and do life together. There are names written in chalk everywhere to prove it. Maybe you went there too? There was that something about it. Seasons change, life gets busy, time goes by. You get it. But the dream hangs around (as all good dreams). Would there ever be a way to create a space where people could know that something? And then we walked through the doors of a well-known building. And we knew, this would be the new home of something. What is it? It’s hard to say. It’s kind of a IYKYK. It’s that magical mash up of movement and mates and making change. A place to come, connect, to stay. It’s good stuff, done well. Whatever it is, you’ll know when you feel it.
