Burpees Over Barbell
Your Master’s athlete’s birth year in reps. I.e born in 1979 you have 79 burpees over the barbell.

Share the burpees however you like. Tag in your Apprentice, break them up, and work together to get them done.

Then it’s time to test some strength:
