What. A. Morning. 🤝🔥

Our biggest Run Club Collab yet — bringing together an incredible community and some awesome local businesses that got behind the event in a big way.

A cruisy run, a team workout, coffee, recovery, good food, our latest apparel drop, and a whole lot of good people spending a Saturday morning together.

This is exactly why we do it. Building something bigger than just a gym. Creating a space where people can connect, move, challenge themselves, and have a bit of fun along the way.

Huge thanks to everyone who came down and to all of our partners who helped make the morning what it was. We’re already excited for the next one.

Biscoff Protein Balls 🤎✨

✨ Ingredients
6–8 Biscoff biscuits, crushed
2 tbsp Biscoff spread, melted
3 serves vanilla protein powder
3 heaped tbsp vanilla protein yoghurt
Optional seed addition: chia seeds, h**p seeds or pumpkin seeds (I added 1/4 cup sunflower seeds)

✨ Method
1. Crush the Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs.
2. Add the protein powder and mix well.
3. Stir through the melted Biscoff spread.
4. Add the protein yoghurt gradually until a dough forms.
5. Roll into bite-sized balls.
6. Optional: top with extra melted Biscoff and crushed biscuits 🤎
7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

✨ Top 5 Dietitian tips to support gut health

Recipe:

Crunchy Seeded Granola 🥣✨

✨ Ingredients
2 cups oats
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup honey
4 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup coconut
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon, to taste

✨ Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, coconut, and cinnamon.
3. Pour in the extra virgin olive oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well coated.
4. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared tray.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crunchy.
6. Allow the granola to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
