🇫🇷🚴 THE TOUR DE FRANCE CHALLENGE IS BACK! 🚴🇫🇷

This year marks the 10th anniversary of one of our favourite cycling traditions at D2F, and we’re celebrating in style.

Starting July 4th, challenge yourself to ride more, show up consistently and be part of the fun as we take on three weeks of Tour de France-inspired RPM and Sprint 🇫🇷🚴‍♀️

For 3 weeks, we’ll be climbing, sprinting and riding our way through the Tour together. Whether you’re chasing a personal challenge, some friendly competition, or simply looking for extra motivation, this is your chance to jump in.

There’ll be points, prizes, surprise double-point rides, a brand-new RPM release, and plenty of friendly competition along the way.
It’s fun. It’s free to enter!

💛 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT | LOZAN 💛

More than 10 years later, Lozan still remembers the day she first walked into D2F.

It was her first gym, and like many people, she wasn’t quite sure what to expect.

After showing her around, Bev invited Lozan into her very first group fitness class, BODYBALANCE and did the class alongside her.

That simple act of kindness made her feel welcome from day one.

More than a decade later, it’s still the people that keep Lozan coming back.

Over the years she’s become stronger, fitter and healthier, and values the role regular exercise has played in maintaining her strength, movement and wellbeing navigating menopause.

When asked how she’d describe D2F to someone thinking about giving it a try, her answer was simple:

“Inclusive. Accepting. Family-oriented. A safe environment for all abilities. No one looks down on anyone.”

Lozan is proof that consistency is key.
Stronger, fitter, healthier and moving better than when she first walked through the doors, she’s embraced the variety D2F offers and found a community that’s kept her coming back.

We’re grateful to have Lozan as part of the D2F family. Her consistency, hard work and friendly smile make her an extremely valued part of our community. 💛

With her energy, encouragement and genuine passion for helping people, she has a way of making everyone feel welcome, capable and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

All your favourites are still running on Saturday and Sunday, and we’ve timetabled a few goodies on Monday to keep you moving over the long weekend.

We’ll be operating on a modified timetable on Monday’s public holiday.

🕗 Staffed Hours: 8:00am – 12:00pm
🔑 24-hour access available outside staffed hours
👶 Crèche closed Monday

Monday Classes:
🚴 RPM | 8:50am
🏋️ BODYPUMP | 9:30am
🧘 Pilates | 10:05am
