Callista has been doing my 6 week programs for the past few months, with her goal being hypertrophy.
In that time she has added quite a lot of muscle mass, which is super impressive!

Right now, Callista’s main focus is just to enjoy the gym, which is an incredible mindset to have.
She’s not caught up in the process, it’s not a chore, and she’s not going just to ‘complete a workout’.

It has taken a few months to get to this stage, but that just shows the determination and will power to shift her focus to something positive.

To put this in perspective, Callista was 115kg before starting her fitness journey. So to see where she is now is just incredible.
So proud of you 🥰

Training on a Monday is a struggle enough, but combined with this weather, it’s hard 😭
Getting yourself to the gym on cold, dark mornings and rainy days is a lot harder to do than on a warm summers day ☀️
To help with this:
• Remind yourself of why it is important
• Buddy Up: it will keep you accountable and help make it more enjoyable
• Having a plan to stick to: gives you a reason why and helps to keep you motivated
• Focus on the reward at the end
