She’s at it again — A huge shout-out to our superstar trainer Claudia, who is taking on the inaugural Parramatta Half Marathon tomorrow. Covering 21.1km through Parramatta’s streets, parklands and river foreshore before finishing inside CommBank Stadium, it’s set to be an incredible event and we know she’ll absolutely smash it.

As the ultimate Parramatta Eels supporter, we can only assume Claudia will be channelling her inner Mitchell Moses for those final kilometres and powering home to the finish line! 💙💛

And a special shout-out to Jess, who unfortunately had to step away from participating in the event at the last minute, but will still be there taking on the equally important role of supporter for the day. Every amazing athlete needs an amazing support crew behind them, and Claudia couldn’t ask for a better one - from the sidelines to the finish line. Well done, Jess — your support never goes unnoticed! 👏💙💛

🚴‍♂️✨ Unveiling the 2026 Cityfit Tour de France Challenge Logo! ✨🚴‍♀️

Every year, our Cityfit team creates a unique, one-of-a-kind logo to capture the spirit of our annual Tour de France Challenge, and 2026 is no exception!

This year's design proudly features the iconic Eiffel Tower and classic cyclist silhouette that have become synonymous with the world's greatest cycling event. But you'll notice something a little different this year... standing proudly alongside Paris is the stunning Sagrada Família.

Why? Because the 2026 Tour de France will begin in Barcelona, Spain, before making its way towards the famous finish in Paris. Our logo celebrates this historic start by bringing together two of Europe's most recognisable landmarks in one striking design.

The artwork also pays tribute to Paris' renowned Art Nouveau style, with elegant curves, decorative details, and vintage-inspired elements that reflect the beauty, culture, and history of the Tour itself. It's a celebration of cycling, travel, architecture, and the incredible journey that awaits.

From Saturday 4 July to Sunday 26 July 2026, Cityfit members will have the opportunity to take on our three-stage indoor cycling challenge, inspired by the excitement, endurance, and camaraderie of the Tour de France.

Whether you're a seasoned rider, a regular cycle class participant, or trying group fitness for the first time, this challenge is all about community, motivation, achievement, and fun.

✨ Meet Cityfit’s Dynamic Duo – Karen & Steve! ✨

If you've noticed the club looking a little cleaner, fresher, and more inviting lately, there's a very good reason why.

Karen and Steve are the friendly faces helping keep Cityfit at its very best, working hard behind the scenes to keep our facility looking its absolute best., working hard behind the scenes to keep our facility looking its absolute best. From deep cleaning the gym floor and equipment, to maintaining our bathrooms and common areas, right through to introducing fresh new air fresheners throughout the club – they’ve made a huge impact in a short amount of time.

Their attention to detail and dedication help ensure that every visit to Cityfit is as enjoyable, comfortable, and hygienic as possible for our members and guests.

We’re incredibly grateful to have Karen and Steve on the team, and we're sure you'll agree that Cityfit has never looked or smelled better!

The Short family! ❤️

Jason and Shannon are still teaching their regular Attack, Pump and Cycle classes week in, week out, bringing the same energy and passion they always have.

The biggest change? The boys have definitely grown up over the years! 👀

We’re also lucky to now have Byron (on the left) apart of the team as one of our Swim School instructors. The next generation of instructors is already making their mark and we can’t wait to see what the future holds! 🏊‍♂️💪

🚗💨 A HUGE shout-out to Aaron and Brad from Team Two Blokes AWOL!

In case you missed it, Cityfit are proud sponsors of Aaron and Brad as they take on the 2026 Sh*tbox Rally Winter Adventure.

Tomorrow, they'll hit the road and make their way to Mildura, where the rally officially kicks off on 19 June. From there, they'll travel thousands of kilometres through three states, experiencing incredible adventures, breathtaking landscapes, and plenty of memorable moments on their journey to Townsville.

The Sh*tbox Rally is much more than an epic road trip. It's one of Australia's largest community fundraising events, raising vital funds for cancer research through the Cancer Council. Teams drive cars worth $1,500 or less across some of the country's most remote and challenging terrain, all in support of a cause that impacts so many Australian families.

We're incredibly proud to support Aaron and Brad as they take on this adventure, raise awareness, and help make a real difference in the fight against cancer.

Join us in wishing Team Two Blokes AWOL safe travels, plenty of laughs, and an unforgettable journey. We'll be following their progress every step of the way!

Sometimes the gym is more than just four walls and a few weights💚

It's where confidence is built, stress is left at the door, and small wins turn into life-changing results.

For some, it's a place to reset after a tough day. For others, it's where lifelong friendships are formed, goals are achieved and a community of support is always waiting.

No matter what is happening outside these walls, Cityfit is a place where you can show up for yourself. A place to clear your mind, strengthen your body and leave feeling better than when you walked in.

🎉 Celebrating 10 Incredible Years of Jess at Cityfit Bathurst! 🎉

This week we proudly celebrate a very special milestone as Jess marks 10 years of service with the Cityfit Bathurst family.

Jess began her journey with us a decade ago as a Swim School Instructor and, through hard work, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to our members, has grown into a number of key roles across the business, including Group Fitness Instructor, Receptionist, Personal Trainer, and now our Swim School Coordinator.

Jess's journey is nothing short of inspiring. Over the years, she has embraced every challenge, continued to grow professionally, and consistently gone above and beyond for our community. Her perseverance, passion, and dedication have helped shape the success of our Swim School and positively impacted thousands of local families.

One of the most remarkable parts of Jess's story is that she is still teaching children from families she first taught during her very first year at Cityfit. That's a testament to the lasting relationships she has built and the trust she has earned within our community.

When asked what she loves most about working at Cityfit, Jess says it's the people, the culture, and most importantly, the community.

"I have had the privilege of watching thousands of kids grow up and learn to swim. Watching children go from being scared of the water to confidently swimming full laps of the pool has been such a rewarding part of my time at Cityfit, and I can't wait to see what the future holds."

As our new Swim School Coordinator, we couldn't be more excited for what lies ahead. In just the last few months, we've already seen some amazing things from Jess, with her leadership, organisation, and commitment helping to elevate the Swim School experience for both our families and instructors. With Jess leading the way, we know our Swim School is in incredibly capable hands and is set to be stronger, smoother, and better than ever.

Jess, thank you for your 10 years of dedication, enthusiasm, leadership, and positive impact. You continue to inspire those around you, and we are incredibly grateful to have you as part of the Cityfit family.
