🏆 Huge Congratulations to Rebecca! 🏆

Rebecca just conquered her first 80km endurance ride on Rogue at Canberra’s Mount Stromlo, finishing strong in 7.5 hours!

Starting at 4:30 AM and pushing through the darkness for the first 20km, Rebecca showed incredible determination, grit, and endurance. This is an amazing achievement and a testament to all the hard work she’s put in at the gym.

We’re beyond proud of you, Rebecca! Keep pushing boundaries and setting new goals. 💪🔥

🏇 Precision Fit Representing at Belubula Endurance! 💪🔥

Huge shoutout to Helen, one of our incredible coaches at Precision Fit, and Rebecca Maday, one of our dedicated gym members, for taking on the first horse endurance event of the year at Neville! 🏆👏

Helen competed on her Arab, Karabil Rais, in the 40km event on both Saturday and Sunday, with Bec riding alongside her as the ultimate wing woman. 💯💨 Endurance riding is no joke—it’s a sport that tests both horse and rider, requiring grit, strategy, and resilience. Bec absolutely smashed it, completing both rides like a champ! 🏅🔥

It wasn’t all smooth sailing, though—Helen’s young horse picked up a stone bruise on day two, cutting her ride short and leaving her to walk 10km back to base to keep him safe. 💔🐴 Tough days like these are all part of the sport, but as Helen says, the supportive community and time spent in nature with these amazing horses make it all worthwhile.

Massive respect to both Helen and Bec for pushing through and representing Precision Fit with strength and determination! 💪

And a huge thanks to Lee Curtis for volunteering at the event—these competitions don’t happen without the amazing people behind the scenes making it all run smoothly. 🙌👏

Great job, team! Can’t wait to see what’s next! 🚀🎉

🎉 Member Spotlight: Shoutout to Kellyann Marks 🎉

When Kel joined us 12 months ago, she was still feeling the effects of long COVID. It had left her so weak that she couldn't even pick up her jug when it was full.

Fast forward a year, and she’s transformed into a whole new person through her incredible dedication and consistency!

Just last night, Kel deadlifted 50kg for 2 reps and bench-pressed 27kg! 💪

Watching her growth and resilience has been truly inspiring, and we are super proud of her progress!

💪 Precision Fit Strength and Conditioning Program 💪

Our program is designed to help you build strength, muscle, and improve both aerobic and anaerobic capacity 🏋️‍♀️. With 12-week training blocks that keep things fresh and challenging, you’ll always have new goals to crush! 🎯

All classes are led by a qualified strength and conditioning coach to ensure your form is on point! ✅

Program Breakdown:

🔥 Strength:

Our 12-week training blocks are divided into 3 phases, with the final week dedicated to strength testing 🏋️. You’ll work on compound lifts like squats and bench presses, along with full-body accessory movements like Romanian deadlifts, lat pull-downs, and core exercises 💥. Each session is balanced to help you achieve your goals in strength, muscle growth, and endurance.

🔥 Conditioning:

Expect fun and challenging exercises like battle ropes, sled pushes, jumping, and more! 🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Not comfortable with certain moves? No worries—we can adjust to fit your needs! 😊

Class Structure:

• 5-minute dynamic warm-up 🏃‍♂️
• 40-minute strength/power training 💪
• 10-minute HIIT session 🔥
