Monday at 5pm general fitness class
Monday at 6pm general fitness class
Tuesday at 9am general fitness class
Tuesday at 4:15pm general fitness class
Tuesday at 5:30 yoga
Wed at 9am yogacise/stretch mix
Wed at 5:30pm Yogacise /stretch mix
Thurs at 9am general fitness class
Thurs at 4:15pm general fitness class
Thurs at 5:15pm Zumba
Thurs at 6pm general fitness class

f classes done to music, FUN being PRIORITY, because if you not having FUN while exercising you wont PERSEVERE !!!! ALL ladies join our GROUP as STRANGERS, but STAY as FRIENDS .........

Classes held MORNINGS, AFTERNOONS and EVENINGS ........ 1 hour of FUN, oh, and a DASH
of hard work !!!
