I don’t usually share training pics often but this is a snippet of my session with Justine this morning. Not the massive weights that many train with but safe for my body that wont hurt me but make me stronger. I choose this lifestyle over and over again. We do the hard things and once we achieve it that feeling of accomplishment is so awesome. We keep going cause we stronger than we think 💪💪🩵

first functional strength session in the bag. Every part of me wanted to not show up but I have this even stronger part of me that says you are and you going to show up. Not just show up but give it my all. Telling my trainer this not smart 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣, she pushed me even harder 🤣💪. Boy am I happy I did. I feel so awesome and strong, lets go guys we can do it. We start our week right 💪💪🩵

I have been wanting to do this post for a while but life happens and time runs away with us. A month ago I traveled 🧳 overseas ✈️ with my husband and I knew there was alot of walking and steps involved. When we travel we take full advantage and see as much as we can. By foot is always best as you see so much more. I was a little worried as my knee can be problematic but ive been working hard on building strength in my legs . My body did not let me down and those small victories I talk about happened. The training and keeping active absolutely helped and I impressed myself how much we managed to do. It's hard to show up and sessions can be tough but the benefits are huge. Show up for yourself and see all the benefits of keeping active and mobile. We can do this 💪💪🩵
