“My first open experience was daunting at first. I reached out via Instagram and I asked if I could come through and take part in the open workouts so I could log my scores. I walked into the box on a Saturday morning with my kids- full of confusion and excitement but everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Coach Michelle actually coached me through one of the workouts before the event and that was the start of my journey at Crossfit Juggernaut. 😍

If this is your FIRST OPEN or you are hesitant to sign up- It’s you against YOU! Don’t be scared about the possible movements that may come there is always a scaling option and it really is a great opportunity to find out what you are capable of or where you need to put some work in! One thing I can say is, there is nothing like doing it with the community.
