Strength isn’t built by chance. It’s built through consistency, good coaching, and a program you can trust. 💪

At Sweaty Palms Fitness Club, our Strength Classes follow a progressive 12-week training program designed to help you build strength, track your progress, and see real results over time.

Our classes run twice per week, alternating between Strength on Hybrid Conditioning on :

📅 Monday / Tuesday
📅 Thursday / Friday

This means if you can only attend one specific day, you’ll still experience the full program and training variation as the sessions alternate each week.

What makes our strength classes different?

✅ Small group coaching so you don’t get lost in the background

✅All levels - we meet you were you’re at
✅ Progress tracking throughout the 12-week cycle
✅ Supportive and welcoming community

Our programming is centered around progressive overload—gradually increasing the challenge over time so you can continue building strength safely and effectively. Every phase has a purpose, and every week builds on the last with check-ins each phase.

We highly value movement quality, technique, and safety over ego and simply loading more weight onto the bar. We believe strong foundations create long-term results.

Our goal isn’t just to help you lift heavier. It’s to help you:
